David Kirkwood migrates from Scotland and manages the construction of a large coal mine in Cambria, Wyoming. He brought the first steam powered generator into the state of Wyoming from Nebraska.

Arch Kirkwood establishes electrical contracting firm in Eastern Wyoming.

David Kirkwood establishes electrical contracting firm in Los Angeles, California.

Arch Kirkwood purchases Kirkwood Electric, Inc. from David Kirkwood
