This building was an old government building that was for the Federal Aviation Agency in which the outer shell, a plaque for 09-11, and a constitutional wall were maintained throughout the course of construction.

This was a 6-floor core and shell job with a chiller, boiler room, and cooling tower installation. The building includes a new IDF, a fire command room, and office space. 

AJK maintained power for the owner throughout the project. AJK built out a new electrical system for all 6 floors and the rooftop of the building. We transferred out breakers for the refurbishing of the main switch gear and installed a new system. The new gear was also installed for a new emergency backup system. The low voltage team installed a new Gamewell FCI fire alarm system, security system, and voice data system for all 6 floors and rooftop.
