8TH & HOPE

The 8th & Hope apartments is a mixed-use development with 22 stories, featuring 290 residential units, 6 floors of parking (including two below grade), and 5,000 sq. ft. of retail space that provides additional conveniences to residents. Onsite amenities include an elevated 10,000 sf pool deck, a spa, a fountain, a fire pit, and a garden retreat. AJK installed the fire alarm system, CCTV, and access control.
