ORANGE COAST COLLEGE
KINESIOLOGY & ATHLETICS COMPLEX
Built in two phases, the new athletics center features state-of-the-art modernized training facilities, instructional spaces, and labs for the school’s physical education, athletics, sports medicine, and kinesiology programs. Comprised of three buildings, the initial stage included the construction of a 58,000-sq.ft. multi-use building with competition and instructional pool deck while phase 2 included the renovation of the existing 30,000-sq.ft structure that housed the men’s and women’s locker room and pool areas.

STUDENT UNION & COLLEGE CENTER
The 153,000-sq.ft., 2-building complex consists of OCC’s new Student Life and College Center buildings. The Student Life building is a mixed-used 2-story building consisting of offices, multi-purpose spaces, a student lounge, counseling services, a veteran’s resource center, and meeting spaces. The 3-story College Center provides dining facilities, retails space, conference space, faculty offices, Human Resources, a mailroom, and classroom space for the Culinary Arts, Food Science, and Hospitality programs.
