A combination of 55 guestrooms, a historic Spanish Colonial structure, and the new 216-room addition,  the 6-story, 271-room structure is Santa Monica's first luxury hotel. Designed to LEED Silver Certification standards, the hotel features include three high-end restaurants, a luxury wellness spa, and a rooftop pool all within proximity to the beach.
