THE GUILD HOTEL

The hotel is a complete interior remodel of the existing 1920’s Army-Navy “YMCA” Youths Club Building which originally consisted of 259 dormitories with shared restrooms, transformed into a 163 guest rooms hotel. The 92,000 SF hotel features a lobby bar, outdoor restaurant, outdoor gardens, a private penthouse with a rooftop deck, and a grand ballroom that was once the gymnasium.
