Sunset La Cienega: East Parcel

The east parcel of Sunset La Cienega is now known as The 1 Hotel. The site includes two 10-story high-rise hotel towers with 286 hotel rooms, ground-floor retail space, a restaurant space, and three levels of underground parking. This parcel also features an open-air plaza that showcases the panoramic view of the Los Angeles basin.  AJK installed the fire alarm system and DAS.
