The Marisol, a 214-unit senior living community with assisted living and memory care residences, is planned for Huntington Beach. It will include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences, with floor plans ranging up to 1,400 square feet. The leasing office is expected to open in spring 2027, with occupancy beginning in 2028. The community will include multiple dining venues, a coffee and snack bar, community store, wellness lounge, pool and spa, beauty salon, golf simulator, wellness gym, art studio, craft studio, community room and three courtyards. The Marisol will also be in close proximity to off-site dining, entertainment, and shopping
