The Lot - Courtyard Building

The design of this new building placed significant emphasis on sustainability, community integration, and energy efficiency. The structure consists of three stacked sections, each varying in height and orientation, serving to establish a central plaza within The Lot Campus. It encompasses 98,000 square feet of office space and provides parking for 340 vehicles. Additionally, the building features seven sound stages and an on-site production facility, with a primary focus on serving the needs of media and entertainment companies.

AJK was responsible for the installation of power systems, lighting solutions, and a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) for the project.
