The Lot - Plaza Building

Constructed in accordance with LEED Gold standards, this modern five-story building offers an appealing office space tailored for entertainment and media occupants. The structure incorporates two levels of subterranean parking. To accommodate the future requirements of creative tenants, AJK successfully removed the outdated 97-year-old switchgear and four sizable synchronous motors, clearing space for a new 12.6kV Service and the installation of two new substations. Additionally, AJK implemented the Distributed Antenna System (DAS) for emergency response purposes.
