Atria Beverly Hills

Atria Health Institute’s Beverly Hills location represents the organization’s first West Coast flagship facility, transforming an existing office building into a modern medical environment designed to support personalized and preventive care.

The multi-floor renovation included the conversion of the basement and Floors 2 through 4 from office space to medical use, including physician offices and specialized clinical areas. AJK’s electrical scope supported the extensive renovation with a new upgraded electrical service, new power distribution, receptacles, and lighting throughout the renovated spaces.

Additional systems included modifications to the existing fire alarm system and installation of low-voltage infrastructure for security cameras, wireless access points, audiovisual and data systems, and card access.

Working within an existing building undergoing significant structural and architectural modifications required careful coordination across trades to deliver the infrastructure necessary for Atria’s new Beverly Hills medical facility.
