Pomona College CGE & LIRH

The Pomona College – Center for Global Education (CGE) & Language Immersion Residence Hall (LIRH) project will consist of a new Center for Global Education and Language Immersion Residence Hall to replace the Oldenborg Center. The total Gross Square Footage includes nearly 99,000 sf of building (Basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd Floor), and 150,000 sf of site development. The building façade will be primarily board-formed cast-in-place concrete and plaster, and the interior will include polished concrete and high-quality finishes typical of Pomona College.
