UCI - Falling Leaves

The Falling Leaves Foundation Medical Innovation Building will provide a state-of-the-art research space to advance UCI’s preeminence in conducting basic, translational, and clinical research. AJK provided a state-of-the-art electrical infrastructure, ensuring energy efficiency and reliability. Our team installed LED lighting, a robust power distribution system, and integrated smart controls to enhance building performance.

The project is complete with 6 floors. Level 1 is a vivarium, while levels 2 – 6 consist of a combination of seminar rooms (level 2), collaborative work areas, labs, faculty offices, and cold storage rooms.
