UCI - Mesa Court Community Center

The new UCI - Mesa Court Community Center is a two-story expansion that will transform the existing community center into an all-electric hub that bridges Lower and Upper Mesa Court. The new facility will feature a dining hall with seating for over 200 indoors and 30 outdoors, as well as a multipurpose room, lobby, study spaces, offices, and an outdoor terrace. The design emphasizes connectivity, technology integration, and sustainability, providing 19,845 SF of space that supports academic, social, and wellness needs. Designed to support both in-person and hybrid engagement, the renovation will improve dining efficiency and create a vibrant, connected space that meets the evolving needs of the growing Mesa Court community.

AJK’s scope of work includes electrical, fire alarm, tele/data, security and access control, video surveillance, cellular

DAS, and intrusion detection systems.
