Marriott Irvine Spectrum

The ground-up construction of the 15-story Marriott Hotel features 271 guestrooms, of which 50 are suites. The Irvine Spectrum Marriott provides a guest experience unique to the Irvine Spectrum. The hotel features a restaurant, a rooftop bar, an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and Starbucks. Additional scope included 7 meeting rooms which equaled 18,000-sq.ft of total meeting space. The hotel won Marriott's "Hotel Opening of the Year" award in 2018.
