Regent Santa Monica Beach

The Regent Santa Monica Beach Hotel project was a high-end transformation project that reimagined one of Southern California’s premier coastal destinations. The project expanded significantly in scope to enhance guest amenities and modernize critical infrastructure across the property.

The renovation encompassed a wide range of spaces, including the lobby, restaurant, spa, fitness center, pool deck, grab-and-go café, porte-cochère, and meeting areas, each designed to deliver a seamless blend of comfort, functionality, and elevated guest experience.

AJK was responsible for the full electrical scope of the project, including power distribution, lighting systems, and advanced lighting controls. Our team installed high-end designer fixtures throughout the property and integrated a customized lighting control system to support both performance and ambiance. In addition, AJK completed fire alarm upgrades, implemented low voltage infrastructure to support audio/visual and building systems, and installed emergency lighting and EV charging infrastructure.
