VEA Newport Beach, A Marriott Resort & Spa

The VEA Newport Beach, A Marriott Newport Beach Resort & Spa project was a full renovation of all public spaces including the existing Marriott. The work included renovation of the front entry, event lawn, lobby renovation, added coffee bar and lounge, a new 3,000 sq. ft. event space, fitness facility, new construction of the Great Room with bar and terrace, private VIP mebers club, a new 2,500 sq. ft. pool and spa with cabanas, pool bar, and event lawn. AJK provided power, lighting, and low voltage for this project.
