Terasaki Institute for Biomedical Innovation

The Terasaki Institute is a two-story facility that conducts biomedical research, and the building includes labs, lab support, office spaces, and a vivarium for specimen storage.

For the tenant improvement, AJK installed all electrical and power, a new 1200A switchboard, panels, and transformers, 31kW generator, interior lighting, lighting control (nLight system), fire alarm, DAS, voice/data, security, and AV conduit.
