Pasadena Conservatory of Music Learning Center

The Pasadena Conservatory of Music Learning Center is part of the second phase of the campus master plan. The project modernizes and expands the campus with new instructional spaces, enhanced amenities, and thoughtfully designed outdoor environments. The project includes the demolition of an existing single-story building and the construction of a new two-story Learning Center connected to the main campus by an elevated bridge. The new facility provides additional classrooms, studios, and collaborative learning spaces, while renovations to the existing building create updated administrative offices, reception, and waiting areas. Site improvements also include new utility infrastructure and a beautifully landscaped outdoor amphitheater, providing a dynamic venue for performances, events, and community engagement.

Through this transformation, the Pacific Conservatory of Music is creating an inspiring environment that supports artistic excellence, collaboration, and future growth.
