The new property will also include 3 retail tenant spaces. Plans call for a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments - ranging from 348 to 452 square feet. AJK was responsible for 2000A 277/480 Service and 5000A 120/208 Service.

The six-story structure is composed of prefabricated modular units, and contains 376 studio and one-bedroom apartments atop 6,448 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and parking for 82 vehicles.
