1500 Granville

1500 Granville is a design-build, multi-family, mixed-use development characterized by three 5-story buildings, collectively offering 154 living units. The project also incorporates 15,000 square feet of retail space and encompasses two levels of below-grade parking, totaling 131,500 square feet. Among its amenities are indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, co-working areas, a fitness center, a pool area, BBQ facilities, and multiple outdoor and courtyard recreation spaces.

AJK's scope of work included the installation of lighting systems, power infrastructure, a fire alarm system, telecommunication and data networks, audiovisual systems, and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
