18722 Sherman Way

18722 Sherman Way is a new construction modular development delivering 64 units of permanent supportive housing in the Reseda neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles. The project includes 63 studio units designated for chronically homeless and homeless individuals, along with one two-bedroom manager’s unit. The building is designed with three residential stories constructed above a ground floor dedicated to supportive services and community programming.

AJK is responsible for the complete electrical scope of work, including power distribution, nLight lighting control systems, fire alarm systems, public safety distributed antenna system (DAS) for emergency response, voice and data infrastructure, structured cabling, and access control systems.
