Alloy
Located in the Arts District in Los Angeles, Alloy is a mixed-use development. The development features a striking combination of a 6-story office tower and a 35-story residential tower, unified by a shared three-story podium. This podium is designed with versatility and efficiency in mind, incorporating three below-grade parking levels, two above-grade parking floors, and space for approximately 735 vehicle stalls. The ground floor is dedicated to mixed-use purposes, including 20,000 square feet of retail space, six live/work units, service areas, and building lobbies and leasing areas.
The office tower spans approximately 105,000 square feet and offers a sleek, modern workspace. It includes a ground-floor lobby and shell and core office spaces on floors 2 through 6, with mechanical space situated on the roof.
The residential tower boasts 475 units, with its own ground-floor lobby and leasing areas, and a dedicated third-floor amenity space. Residential units occupy floors 4 through 34, providing extensive living options and additional amenity areas.
This project’s unique combination of residential, commercial, and retail spaces, along with substantial parking and amenity provisions, makes it a comprehensive and dynamic addition to the urban landscape.
