Barrington Plaza is a 712-unit apartment community situated at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Barrington Avenue in Brentwood. The property is currently undergoing a phased redevelopment of all three towers to comply with updated city fire and life safety requirements. As part of this process, the buildings will be stripped down to their concrete slabs and structural steel in preparation for reconstruction.
