Carmel Bundy

Carmel Bundy is a landmark development that will bring new housing and community amenities to West Los Angeles. The Bundy development consists of a trio of eight-story buildings along Bundy Drive, designed to provide much-needed residential space with modern conveniences. When complete, the project will deliver over 600 new apartment homes across three addresses, blending residential living with retail opportunities.

AJK is leading the special systems installation across all three buildings, ensuring safety, connectivity, and reliability from the ground up. Our scope includes complete conduit systems, fire alarm installation, access control, security systems, CCTV surveillance, distributed antenna system (DAS), audio-visual integration, and area of refuge.
