Eastown Apartments

Formerly referred to as Blvd 6200 North, the Eastown Apartments stand as a mixed-use development that spans two complete city blocks along Hollywood Boulevard, adjacent to the historic Pantages Theater and the Capitol Records building. Eastown encompasses 18 live/work units and 517 market-rate apartments, distributed across four 5-story buildings. The project plays a role in extending Hollywood's retail corridor by offering 70,000 square feet of creative ground-floor lease space that blend into an inviting outdoor paseo, seamlessly connecting with the bustling Hollywood Boulevard. Additionally, the project provides over 1,300 parking stalls, catering to both residents and patrons of the Pantages Theatre, with parking facilities spanning six levels below ground.

AJK played a significant role in this project, overseeing the installation of power systems, lighting, and voice/data infrastructure.
