El Centro Apartments & Bungalows

Formerly referred to as Blvd 6200 South, El Centro stands as a mixed-use development that spans two entire city blocks along Hollywood Boulevard, situated across the street from its counterpart, Eastown. This development comprises four 5-story buildings, housing a total of 507 apartments. At the podium level, residents can enjoy amenities such as a pool and gym, while approximately 55,000 square feet of ground-level retail spaces add to the development's versatility. For convenience, the project offers over 1,200 parking stalls distributed across five subterranean levels.

AJK played a vital role in this project by providing all conduits, wires, and devices necessary for a comprehensive low-voltage installation. This encompassed the fire alarm system, telecommunication/data infrastructure, security systems, audio/visual equipment, and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) installation.
