Hollywood Arts Collective

The Hollywood Arts Collective is a recent addition to Hollywood's affordable housing options, featuring 151 residential units. This project involved the construction of a seven-story building, combining Type III over Type I construction methods. The building includes three levels of subterranean parking, accommodating up to 252 vehicles, along with 24 EV charging stations equipped with 6 Pay Stations. Additionally, the ground floor comprises 9,900 square feet of retail space. Noteworthy amenities provided within the complex encompass a welcoming lobby, a community room with a kitchen, a recording studio, office spaces, a fitness room, a laundry facility, and three courtyards.

In terms of technical installations, AJK was responsible for the installation of power systems, lighting, LV conduit, fire alarm systems, and DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems).
