Sunset La Cienega: Middle Parcel

The Sunset La Cienega project is positioned at the southeast and southwest corners of the Sunset Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard intersection in West Hollywood. The Middle Parcel, encompassing 2.06 acres and located on the southwest corner of the intersection, hosts a development with a total of 292,000 gross square feet. This project comprises two eight-story residential towers featuring 190 residential units, ground-floor retail spaces, an open-air plaza, and underground parking facilities.

AJK played a key role in this project, overseeing the installation of power systems, lighting, the fire alarm system, and the Distributed Antenna System (DAS).
