The WALK

The Walk – Norwalk is a new 13-acre mixed-use development that will bring together shopping, dining, entertainment, and residential living in a vibrant, walkable community. The project includes nearly 89,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, more than 370 apartment homes including affordable housing, and inviting outdoor plazas and green spaces. Built with the future in mind, the development features all-electric residential buildings, rooftop solar systems, and pedestrian-first design, while thoughtfully preserving the site’s historic monuments and public art.
