Wilshire & La Jolla Tower

The Wilshire & La Jolla Tower is a versatile mixed-use high-rise structure situated at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and La Jolla. This development encompasses 112 apartments located above a parking garage, 6,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, along with four levels of above-grade parking. Notable amenities are available on both the sky deck and podium levels.

AJK's scope of work included fixture lighting, lighting controls, submetering, bus duct installation, generator setup, switchgear installation, seismic sensing systems, lightning protection, FAA lighting, LADWP slab box, and conduit installation. AJK's low voltage team handled the installation of fire alarm and smoke control systems, voice-data infrastructure, audio-visual equipment, access control systems, CCTV systems (including fire department cameras), Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), area of refuge systems, and Honeywell Lyric Climate Control integration.
