Life Time Fitness - Brea

As part of the highly anticipated Brea Mall redevelopment, the new 85,000-square-foot Life Time Fitness is set to redefine the concept of a luxury athletic club. This resort-style facility will offer a wide range of premium amenities, including indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, a Beach Club complete with pools, and a poolside bistro, delivering a wellness-focused experience that goes far beyond a traditional gym.

AJK is proud to deliver the complete electrical infrastructure for this custom-built project. Our scope includes the installation of a 2000-amp electrical service with four dedicated electrical rooms, a comprehensive Distributed Antenna System (DAS), and a state-of-the-art fire alarm system. We are also responsible for lighting throughout the facility - including extensive decorative lighting and integrated lighting controls - as well as power to support the club’s two pools, full commercial kitchen and bar, luxurious spa, and backup power systems including an inverter and UPS.
