CSUN Student Housing Bldgs. 22 & 23

The CSUN Student Housing Project includes two four-story, mixed-use student housing buildings designed to enhance campus living and support student success. Each building features multi-purpose rooms, classrooms, and conference spaces on the ground level, with Levels 2 through 4 dedicated to student housing. In total, each building contains 51 dormitory units, providing modern, convenient accommodations within walking distance of California State University, Northridge’s academic core.

AJK provided complete electrical construction services for the project, including electrical systems, site lighting, solar, LADWP scope, telecommunications and low-voltage systems, audio/visual, fire alarm, DAS, gunshot detection, and areas of refuge—delivering a comprehensive infrastructure to support a safe, connected, and functional student living environment.
