Pepperdine University Seaside Residence Hall

Designed to LEED Silver Certification standards, the Seaside Residence Hall at Pepperdine University consists of three interconnected four-story buildings covering a total area of 119,400 square feet. This development features 67 residential suites, providing accommodation for 458 students. The residence hall offers ocean views, a community kitchen, lounge areas, a fitness room, a centralized study room, spacious laundry facilities, a furnished lobby, and outdoor gathering spaces suitable for large groups. Additionally, 4160V switchgear has been installed at two service locations.
