UCI Phase 4B

The UCI Phase 4B project comprises four 5-story wood-framed buildings, accommodating a total of 295 student housing units, providing 1,072 beds for continuing undergraduate and transfer students. Each building features essential amenities such as a central lobby, social lounge, study room, laundry facility, bike storage area, fifth-floor lounge, and communal courtyards. AJK undertook the responsibility for installing power, lighting, fire alarm, and DAS systems for the project. Additionally, each housing unit will be equipped with its own load center, and the project incorporates four electric rooms, one per building, with electrical capacities of 400A, 2500A, and (2) 2000A.
