UCR Dundee-Glasgow

Dundee & Glasgow student housing complex is the newest state-of-the-art residence and dining hall on UC Riverside’s campus. The project was built in phases to accommodate the active campus and student life.


The Dundee Residence Hall is comprised of two ground-up 7-story buildings with 396 dorm rooms across 175,000 s.f. Onsite amenities include a fitness center, three seminar rooms (25 seats each), a large multi-purpose space that seats 75, student lounges, laundry rooms, a residential service office, and outdoor recreation areas.


The Glasgow Residential Restaurants is a new two-story, 53,000 s.f. dining facility that seats 830. It features a modern dining program with multiple food stations, an exhibition bakery, a demonstration cooking platform, a convenience store, a patio terrace, and two private dining rooms. The main commercial kitchen feats nine walk-in coolers/freezers, dish drop and dishwashing areas, and administrative offices for restaurant/kitchen and catering operations. The building also provides service to UCR's campus food trucks.

 

AJK installed power & lighting, fire alarm system, tele/data, security system, and DAS.
