The new state-of-the-art facility comprises of 15 structures, including 3 main buildings, a guard house, and 11 sheds. The main buildings are used for retail/office, lumberyard, and drive-thru storage. The property also includes 6,000 sq. ft. for future restaurant space and gravel parking lot nearby for long-term vehicle storage.
