The 1 Hotel

The Sunset La Cienega project is situated at the southeast and southwest corners of the Sunset Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard intersection in West Hollywood. The East parcel of Sunset La Cienega has been designated as The 1 Hotel. This site encompasses two 10-story high-rise hotel towers offering a total of 286 hotel rooms, ground-floor retail spaces, a restaurant area, and three levels of underground parking. Additionally, the parcel includes an open-air plaza that provides a panoramic view of the Los Angeles basin.

AJK played a significant role in this project, overseeing the installation of power systems, lighting, the fire alarm system, and the Distributed Antenna System (DAS).
