Hollywood Arts Collective is a new 151-unit affordable housing complex located in Hollywood. < Back Hollywood Arts Collective The Hollywood Arts Collective is a recent addition to Hollywood's affordable housing options, featuring 151 residential units. This project involved the construction of a seven-story building, combining Type III over Type I construction methods. The building includes three levels of subterranean parking, accommodating up to 252 vehicles, along with 24 EV charging stations equipped with 6 Pay Stations. Additionally, the ground floor comprises 9,900 square feet of retail space. Noteworthy amenities provided within the complex encompass a welcoming lobby, a community room with a kitchen, a recording studio, office spaces, a fitness room, a laundry facility, and three courtyards. In terms of technical installations, AJK was responsible for the installation of power systems, lighting, LV conduit, fire alarm systems, and DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems). The Middle Parcel, encompassing 2.06 acres and located on the southwest corner of the intersection, hosts a development with a total of 292,000 gross square feet. This project comprises two eight-story residential towers featuring 190 residential units, ground-floor retail spaces, an open-air plaza, and underground parking facilities. Comprised of three buildings, the initial stage included the construction of a 58,000-sq.ft. multi-use building with competition and instructional pool deck while phase 2 included the renovation of the existing 30,000-sq.ft structure that housed the men’s and women’s locker room and pool areas. Additionally, the parcel includes an open-air plaza that provides a panoramic view of the Los Angeles basin.
