SAFETY & EDUCATION

At A.J. Kirkwood & Associates, we prioritize education and professional growth through hands-on, in-person training at our AJK facilities and contributions to ABC. While online training offers convenience, we believe in the value of face-to-face learning for better engagement, teamwork, and hands-on experience.

To encourage in-person training, starting January 1, 2025, AJK will cover the cost of online CEU classes for certified journeymen who complete at least one in-person training per year. Eligible options include:

• Attending an after-hours AJK training

• Assisting or teaching an AJK training

• Participating in an ABC in-person training

• Attending a state-approved in-person training

Journeymen who meet these criteria can request online CEU credits 6 months before their renewal date.
